Hey Scarborough! Here’s What’s Happening This Week!
It’s not every day you hear about a dog surviving a 150-foot cliff fall. But thanks to quick action from Whitby Coastguard and RNLI teams, one lucky pup is safe and sound after a dramatic rescue at Robin Hood’s Bay.
Elsewhere this week, Florios is offering diners the chance to win a weekend getaway to Rome - all you have to do is eat pizza. Over in York, families can turn the city into one giant puzzle with a self-guided clue hunt that takes you through some of its lesser-known corners.
And that’s just the start. Brew+Bao is throwing a launch party, the Scarborough Spa is casting two Dorothys for their Wizard of Oz show, and there's a fresh push to bring back the town’s beloved tidal swimming pool.
